Delivery Information – Maibloom
At Maibloom, we deliver artificial flowers and décor with care and speed. We want every order to arrive safely and on time. Therefore, we offer clear delivery options and reliable service.
1. Vietnam Delivery Options
We provide flexible delivery across Vietnam.
Standard Delivery (2–4 working days)
- Free for orders over 2,500,000₫
- 150,000₫ for orders under 2,500,000₫
Express Delivery (Next working day)
- 270,000₫ for all orders
To ensure fast processing, place your order before 12:00 PM. If you order later, we will process it on the next working day.
We ship orders from Monday to Friday. However, we do not process orders on public holidays.
Minimum order value: 120,000₫
2. US Delivery Information
We also ship artificial flowers to the United States.
Delivery time usually takes 5–7 working days.
Shipping Rates:
- 1,000,000₫ for orders up to 5,000,000₫
- Free shipping for orders over 5,000,000₫
Minimum order value: 1,200,000₫
We use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. Therefore, we calculate and collect import fees at checkout. As a result, you will not pay extra fees when your order arrives.
However, local state taxes may still apply. These taxes will appear at checkout if required.
3. International Delivery (Rest of World)
In addition, we ship to selected countries worldwide.
We calculate shipping fees at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days
However, your country may apply import duties or taxes. In that case, you must pay these fees upon delivery.
Minimum order value: 1,200,000₫
4. Tracking Your Order
After we ship your order, we send a tracking link to your email.
You can use this link to follow your delivery in real time. This way, you always know where your order is.
5. Important Delivery Notes
We work with trusted shipping partners. However, some delays may still happen. For example, customs clearance or local logistics may affect delivery time.
Therefore, Maibloom does not take responsibility for delays caused by couriers or customs.
That said, we are always ready to support you if you need help.
